This place is luxurious with exceptional staff at the reception desk and benefits from its remote location, with a bus stop just a 15-minute walk away.

Ideal and fairly clean place

The location was great and easy, adjacent to the bridge and a really nice restaurant. Only 5 minutes drive to Magor Marsh Nature Preserve

Liked our time here, it was perfect for what we needed. The room was fashionable & spotless together with sofa bed, good water pressure shower, tea.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

Very isolated. Middle of an industrial estate. Bathroom - the frosted glass door to the bathroom also acted as a door to the cupboard. Hence there was a large gap when the door was closed to the bathroom providing no privacy whatsoever with every sound heard! The washbasin was badly designed, the tap too close to the back and the front so wide that it was uncomfortable to use.

Good beds, nice, modern, clean, rooms as requested quiet and upper floor, free parking

Wc with glass sliding door offers hardly any privacy, breakfast could be improved, table not cleared away immediately, location somewhere in nowhere

Its remote location was beautiful and added to the overall charm of this place.

To get a barrier-free room, one had to book 2 rooms with connecting door for 3 persons, but one of them was not barrier-free.

One had booked a room for 3 persons with additional bed and had to take and pay for 2 rooms
